1. The book I reserved for my rape paper came in much quicker than I expected.
2. No snow in the forecast. I believe we have had our share.
3. Oke-Doke Cheese flavored popcorn.
4. Sister and Son who gave it to me. The perfect birthday gift.
5. A mystery person shovelled the ice away from my parking place; so I could put my foot down without slipping. I bet it was Son and will shower him with gratitude when he returns.
6. Finding items for my grandson's second birthday gift. Not for another month, but I am poor and we learn to shop when we actually have money.
7. Did I mention no snow in the forecast?
8. Gorgeous pictures on a friend's fb page of her California vacation with husband. I hope they stay a long time because the photos posted are halping me survive this winter.
9. Having a good, self-pitying cry in my car.
10. Sister and Son traded my broken chair for the one supporting Son's TV as a surprise. Very mysterious and James Bond. I really love them both. Gifts from the heart. So unexpected. So very precious.
Hi Deb - nice post! So glad that all those little daily things that really make up 95% of life are going well for you. Glad you liked the California photos - New Jersey, covered in snow, is also pretty nice, though, and now I'm getting ready to appreciate that. Another storm coming through Monday or Tuesday, or so they say.
ReplyDeleteThose good cries are the best - I say this from experience.
