Wondered just who wrote the book of love
Responded, long delayed, to a delightful email
Breakfasted on way too much apple cinnamon oatmeal and was duly punished
Wiped down all the counters
Kissed that sumptuous blue sky and thanked the proper authorities
Cleaned the little black dresser

Missed my nephew and grandson; my two favorite young men
Folded all the laundry and put most of it away
Made pimento cheese  quesadillas
Completed seeking squirrel and, I think, was disappointed
Received very strange correspondence
Joyfully emailed darling daughters
Was gifted two blonde canes; pardon me: "walking sticks"
Picked my colors
Did not throw my phone out the window
Bitch slapped the kitchen floor
Promised myself to download all the photos
Raked up the hair
Almost
Watered all the plants and spoke kindly to the just beginning avocado
Decisions, decisions, decisions; some made and some postponed
Gorged on Grey's, Parenthood, and Project Runway
Did not take the rain personally
Applied for three more online listed jobs
Decided I love my spam guard
Found three green thumbtacks and a bonus white one
Laughed at the Comcast repair man yet again
Ate crispy hash browns without guilt
Kept my mind open
Counted my blessings   REALLY
