I hate most aspects of the internet and all the little crapulence that goes with it; but I LOVE the SPAM guard. It very effectively quarantines advertisements, fake job notices, sales pitches for products I am not (and never was) interested in, and those "make a million dollar" scams from third world scammers.
SPAM guard, however, is not so good at halting individual troublemakers. For that I needed the "help gear." A round icon usually in an upper right hand corner? I clicked it in desperation one day andloandbehold! It really helped!
Forced myself to be patient. Read the step by step and did as instructed. Clickety click. No worries. Poof! She's out of there. I saved the email in the SPAM file for a few more days. Thought about responding to correct thelies inconsistencies and illogical leaps. Thought better of it; and so deleted the entire file. AAAAaaaaaahhhhh!
