Just about a year ago a conversation took place.
Three people in a kitchen.
They did not realize I could hear them.
I was accused and convicted of intentionally breaking a chair.
Nobody spoke to me about it.
The decision was made.
I was condemned.
That chair was cracked when I began to use it.
My using it did, of course, make it worse.
But I never intentionally destroyed a piece of furniture.
That information was not sought or considered.
Blame was simply assigned.
The only reason I mention it at all is that using the broken chair was causing me pain.
Another chair, uncracked, has been in use for almost a year.
Not broken in the least.
Perfectly fine.
I am going to be fine as well.
Is anyone interested in THAT information?
